Why I Think It is Important to Congratulate Your Staff

Anyone who knows me will already know how much I think of my team, they are an essential part of the business and I value their ethics, professionalism and hard work. I know that without their dedication to the Group and their business acumen that Signature would not be where we are today.
As any business owner will know, finding time to get everything done and give feedback when it is due can be a real challenge, and so I’d like to use this opportunity to take a moment and extend a public thanks to all members of the Signature team.
To illustrate how my team make the extra effort to provide a service second to none I’d like to share the story behind a recent rental.
My chauffer and concierge team attentively put together a bespoke 60th birthday celebration for a client's Father at very short notice. To organise the memorable day the team had to go above and beyond the norm to provide more than just a superb luxury car and executive chauffeur but also the full concierge service too, which on this occasion included organising champagne, birthday balloons, a personalised cake and an exclusive tour of the river Thames on a luxury yacht! I felt extremely proud when the client called after the event to say that he couldn't have wished for a better service, that my staff were absolutely amazing and very professional, and that he knows how much hard work went on to make the day a success. Most importantly, his dad was thrilled!
I'm very proud of my team for providing such a wonderful, personal service for our special VIP client and so I’d like to extend my sincere thanks to the Signature chauffeur and concierge team for living up to my high expectations and standards.
