I always put customer satisfaction first; it’s a philosophy I practice in all the business sectors I venture into and I believe part of the reason for my success and growth. This not only involves bringing the best products available to market in each sector, but also enabling my clients to experience the Signature service.


Understanding the importance of good customer service is essential for any business when looking for new customers, retaining loyal customers and developing referrals for future customers. I believe excellent customer service starts the moment we pick up the phone and is carried through on every level from email communication through to when a client visits our offices and showroom.

For me it is all about making an impressive first and enduring impression – I want all my clients who visit us to have had a real and memorable experience, what I call the Signature WOW factor! Of course, good customer service is more than just making a good first impression. For example, for my car hire business when helping clients choose the right car for their specific needs, assisting them with knowledge and expertise is key, and we won’t think twice about going that extra mile to ensure they have the service to match the vehicle, even if this means sourcing a hotel for a weekend or placing flowers in the car. This kind of service establishes good will and encourages loyalty.
