Why I Developed Signature Chauffeuring

As Signature’s prestige self-drive business became established relationships developed with clients, including wealthy individuals and corporate executives, many customers started asking for a chauffeur service. Some wanted to treat family members to shopping trips and tours around London, others had exhibitions and meetings to attend that they wanted to be driven to. This combined with being based so close to central London, the M25 and major airports suggested to me there was a need for a quality driven chauffeuring company (excuse the pun).
I am an ardent believer that you should never get complacent and stop listening to what your client’s want, if you don’t you’ll soon find you no longer have a business to run! Signature was already well known for our self-drive service and so I rose to the challenge and integrated a chauffeur service that was as professional and quality oriented.
Running a luxury car hire company has made me attuned to the needs of busy, successful people who have a taste for the finer things in life. Yes, they love driving supercars, but sometimes what they really need is to get from A to B in style while working on that important presentation. And first impressions count so turning up in a minicab may not be the impression you wish to give.
When I launched the chauffeur division I made sure that all the elements which make Signature Car Hire so popular - the incredible high-spec cars, the top quality customer service, the attention to detail - were standard. This immediately gave clients the reassurance that they were being driven to their destination in one of the world’s finest cars, that they also had the reassurance of the personal touch for which Signature is famous.
Since the service launched we have acquired even more cars that are perfect for chauffeur-driven journeys and I am proud to now see Signature Chauffeuring as a standalone business in its own right, which is testament to the hard work and determination of my team who deliver on my promise of perfection.
I’m particularly proud of our extensive variety of vehicles including the new shape Range Rovers, our Bentley selection and our Rolls Royce Phantom. All these cars come with the highest possible specifications - we know our customers want luxury and the quality of both our cars and our service to meet their needs.
The moral of the story? Never be afraid to explore new horizons. Oh, and always arrive in style!
