Babycity is a consumer website specialising in providing a wholesome offering of leading baby brands and products for parents with newborn babies up to the age of 3yrs. The site offers excellent navigation to consumers for its 2,000 products by category and brand and offers a 2 step check out process.
The site hosts a wealth of product and brand information further supported by a dedicated news feed on each brand page, product video demonstrations, brand video introductions, historical brand information and consumer product reviews to help parents in their purchasing decisions.
Babycity also offers parents the opportunity to become part of a community and learn more about parenting via its interactive blog and online competitions. The community also extends to its Twitter and Facebook pages the latter of which attracting nearly 60,000 fans. The distribution centre operates from a 10,000 square foot unit in West London and offers consumers a next day delivery service with timed 1 hour delivery slots.
